Located in the Bensonhurst neighborhood in the borough of Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, Calko Medical Center is an 87,067 SF nine story medical office building constructed in 2013. This Class-A project is anchored by both the Brooklyn Surgery Center, a multi-specialty surgery center ranked #1 in 2021 for the Brooklyn, New York market, and by Maimonides Medical Center (“MMC”), a leading regional hospital system in the greater New York City area. The project’s tenants provide a wide variety of services including imaging, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and women’s health. Lending greater accessibility for patients, the building is located on a major Brooklyn thoroughfare with several city bus lines stopping at, or near the project.  This project was acquired as part of MedProperties’ Fund IV.
