PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Fargo

PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Fargo is a free-standing 42-bed inpatient rehab facility located in Fargo. Originally built in 2019, the 58,596 square foot facility is 100% leased to PAM Health, one of the nation’s leading provider of post-acute services, and is strategically located seven miles north of Hector International Airport. Additionally, the location is supported by Interstates 89 and 94, along the US Highway 75, US Highway 10, and a number of local arterials.  This project was acquired as part of MedProperties’ Fund III.
