HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital is a freestanding Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility developed by MedProperties through a joint venture with a regional healthcare developer. The facility provides comprehensive, inpatient rehabilitation services to the City of Scottsdale and surrounding communities. The facility consists of approximately 54,418 square feet, supporting 50 private patient rooms. The tenant/hospital operator is a joint venture between Select Medical (NYSE: SEM) and HonorHealth hospital system. Shortly following the completion of its construction, HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital won an industry award for excellence in healthcare real estate development.
