Mr. Kupchynsky is a Managing Principal of MPRA (as well as a co-founder and Managing Principal of MPH). In such capacity, he is responsible for the overall strategic and investment strategy of the firm, as well as the day-to-day legal matters of the firm, and is a member of both the Fund’s Investment Committee and Valuation Committee. Mr. Kupchynsky has practiced law for almost 38 years. Prior to founding MPH, he was a partner with the law firm of Gardere Wynne Sewell, LLP, (which subsequently merged with Foley & Lardner, LLP), and he is now a retired partner of the firm. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Juris Doctorate degree, from Southern Methodist University.
