Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery

The Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery is comprised of two single-story buildings that total 28,834-rentable square feet and is 100% leased by a joint venture between Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) and a leading area physician group that operate out of the facility. SCA is a leader in outpatient surgery, and is comprised of more than 210 surgical facilities, 8,500 teammates and more than 7,500 physicians who perform over 1 million procedures per year.

The Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery (CMIS) includes the surgery center itself with four operating rooms, and a 72- hour recovery center with four overnight recovery beds, and additional medical office space for some of the practicing physicians. Over 4,000 surgical procedures are performed annually by the 55+ surgeons who utilize the facility. Specialties offered at the center include spine surgery, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, podiatry, pain management, gynecology, and general surgery.
