Emerson Medical Office Building

Emerson Medical Office Building is a 34,000 square foot medical facility located in Jacksonville, Florida. Built in 2009, the three-story building is 100% leased to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center (UF Health Jacksonville). The facility is leased on behalf of UF Health Breast Imaging Center, UF Health Imaging Center and UF Health Women’s Specialists. The breast imaging center is one of fewer than 20 in the United States and the only one in the region to offer some of the most advanced services. The center has traditional mammography with computer-aided diagnosis, as well as new 3-D automated breast ultrasound and elastography, which are noninvasive means to further evaluate a mass detected by mammogram.

Emerson Medical Office Building is located approximately 6.3 miles from UF Health Jacksonville, a 695-bed academic health center near Downtown Jacksonville. With more than 5,000 faculty and staff, the academic health center in Jacksonville is the largest UF campus outside of Gainesville.
