Founder’s Square Medical Office Building

This single tenant medical office building is located in a mixed-use development at the intersection of two highly trafficked roadways in a growing area of Naples, Florida.  The project was  a built-to-suit for Physcians Regional Medical Group.  The hospital-affiliated physician group provides outpatient services including general surgery, pediatrics, family and internal medicine. This joint-venture project was developed as part of MedProperties’ Fund III.
