Glendale Medical Office Building

Glendale Medical Office Building is a 67,060 square foot medical office building strategically located on campus at Glendale Memorial Hospital Dignity Health in Glendale, California. The property was extensively renovated between 2019 and 2020 with upgrades to the common areas, common area restrooms, and the property’s entry and lobby areas.  This project was acquired as part of MedProperties’ Fund III.
