​Rock Regional Hospital

​Rock Regional Hospital is an 88,000 square foot, 31-bed, full-service acute care hospital developed by MedProperties through a joint venture with a regional healthcare developer. The development of the Hospital was driven by the financial investment and clinical support of some of the submarket’s most dominant physicians groups in cardiology, orthopedics, and primary care. Via Christi, one of the region’s dominant non-profit hospital systems owns a minority position in the hospital operating joint venture that is a tenant of the project.

Rock Regional Hospital is located within the fast-growing Rock Regional retail corridor, 11-miles outside of Wichita. Services within the hospital include all major specialties, general surgery, imaging, and emergency care.
